注釈

コードでは、このメソッドを呼び出して、exe、dll、その他のビルド成果物など、暗号化する必要のないファイルを暗号化しないようにすることができます。 これにより、コンピューターの他のユーザーがこれらのファイルにアクセスできなくなるリスクが低くなり、ファイルを不必要に暗号化するためのパフォーマンス コストが削減されます。
