Exam Centers Charging for Beta Exams

I hate posting this, but I need to get some information to help resolve these issues.  I had a post that was made on the 24th of November where someone gave me the name of a testing center in Bucharest that was charging for beta exams.

Unfortunately, I moderated the post too hard and must have deleted it.

I require more information regarding this testing center so the issue can be addressed.  Please use the email link at the top to send my the following information;

1) Your full name

2) Your MCP ID

3) Verify the name of the testing center.  We are not able to locate one with the information that was previously given.

4) The date you took the exam

5) The exam you took.

    Gerry, that's just criminal. My question is how can that happen when all exams must be scheduled thru Prometric - correct?

    I can't comment on this due to the potential for legal issues but note that although the exams are scheduled through Prometric, the indications I have received in past postings on the topic indicate it is the test center that is charging when the candidate arrives. Again, other than that, I can't elaborate more, which is why I was unsure of posting this in the first place.  I don't wish to open the conversation for discussion. I merely want to point out that beta exams are free, completely free, and that if any center is charging, I want to know about it so appropriate actions can be taken. Gerry
