CBaseOutputPin::Active

Called by the CBaseFilter implementation when the state changes from stopped to paused or running.
Syntax
HRESULT Active(void);
Parameters
None.
Return Value
Returns VFW_E_NO_ALLOCATOR if there is no allocator.
Remarks
This member function calls CMemAllocator::Commit to commit memory required before becoming active.
