Returns the index of the specified discount with the specified discount identifier.

The DiscountId of the discount.
Return Value
Type: System..::.Int32
The zero-based index of the DiscountApplicationRecord with the specified DiscountId or -1 if not found.
Remarks
Returns the index of the entry, or -1 if a DiscountId with specified discountId is not found in the collection.
