Description Field, Ins. Coverage Ledger Entry Table

Shows a description of the entry.

The field can be filled in from the following fields:

  • If the entry was posted from a general journal line or purchase document, the description was copied from the Description field on the insurance card linked to this entry.

  • If the entry was posted from an insurance journal, the description was copied from the Description field on the insurance journal line.

You cannot change the description because the entry has been posted.
