Contact Field, Customer Table

Specifies the name of the person you regularly contact when you do business with this customer. You can enter a maximum of 30 characters, both numbers and letters.

When you enter a name in this field, a contact is created in the Relationship Management application area.

The contents of the Contact field are often used when you print something, so you should enter the name as you want it to appear.
