accelerator::create_view 메서드
생성 하 고 반환 된 accelerator_view 개체에 지정 된 큐 모드를 사용 하 여이 가속기를.큐 모드 지정 되지 않은 경우, 새 accelerator_view 를 사용 하 여 queuing_mode::immediate 큐 모드.
