Free ASP.NET Hosting

A few weeks ago, one of the forum posts I was looking at asked about free ASP.NET hosting. I knew when we had shipped, we had offered some, but do you think I could find it a few weeks ago when someone really wanted it? Of course not.

https://www.vwdhosting.net/ is the URL for free hosting. It's only a 30 day trial, but does offer a decent amount of hosting, and even SQL Server database access. One of the cool things they've already got some of the start kits set up with an easy deployment setup.

    Don't go aspspider.net, very bad experience. Had a page using Thread.Sleep() for 3 seconds, and they deleted my account without a previous notice because they said it consumed too much server resources. However, they always delete accounts without notice. Just go through their forum and you'll see yourself.

    Try webhost4life.  They offer great plans at great prices and are up to speed on new technologies.  They offered asp.net 2.0 when it was in beta.  

    I have been very happy with them, and have been using them for over 4 years.
