What version of USMT can be installed on Windows Server 2003 or 2008?

Unfortunately, there isn't a version of USMT that can be installed or executed on Windows Server 2003 or 2008.  As noted on the download page and in the user documentation, USMT is only supported on client versions of Windows.

It isn't possible to use USMT to migrate the local profiles, however Windows Server 2008 does have built in upgrade functionality as Windows Vista does.

I have install USMT 3.01 on a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 server without any problem. I do get an error when I try to install it on a Windows 2008 server. My question to the Team is: There is any way to install it on a WIndows 2008 Server (not to scanstate its user's profile, but to huse along with MDT 2008)?
