When it is released. You might want to get a better video card if you want to see the fancy aero effects.

Dell sells 64-bit computers but ships them with 32-bit copies of Windows Vista.  If you want a 64-bit Dell such as the E521 with a 64-bit copy of Windows Vista Home Premium you have to buy it separately for $239 and install it yourself.  And if you buy it through dell for $239 it is 32-bit and then you have to go to microsoft.com to get them to send you a 64-bit copy at no additional charge.  So buy Dell E521 with AMD 64, you get Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit, then buy Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit from Dell for $239, then use that product key at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/products/windowsvista/editions/64bit.mspx to get Microsoft to ship you a copy of Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit, then install it yourself.
