Windows RT != Surface
I have seen a lot of journalists out there say things like “Windows RT is Surface” and “Windows RT does Blah which means Surface does Blah”
For the record, there are 2 versions of the Windows family. Windows RT, and Windows 8. There are also 2 versions of Surface, Surface with Windows RT and Surface with Windows 8 Pro. As you can probably imagine, Surface RT runs Windows RT, and Surface Pro runs Windows 8. There are distinct differences between them.
