Comentários

A ComputeCounterValue(CounterSample) sobrecarga do método retorna resultados significativos apenas para contadores de desempenho dos seguintes PerformanceCounterType:

Para outros tipos de contador, essa sobrecarga sempre retorna um valor igual a 0 (zero).

Exceções

oldSample usa um tipo de contador que é diferente do newSample.
