true se o usuário puder definir cores personalizadas; caso contrário, false. O padrão é true.

Comentários

Quando definido falsecomo , o botão associado na caixa de diálogo é desabilitado e o usuário não pode acessar o controle de cores personalizadas na caixa de diálogo.
