Returns the XamlType of the type where the XamlMember can exist. This implementation always returns null.

Always returns null.
Remarks
Target types are not relevant for directives; therefore, this implementation always returns null. XamlDirective seals this virtual member; therefore, all XamlDirective types and all predefined XAML directives must use this behavior.
