Description
The New-NetworkControllerVirtualGatewayBgpPeer cmdlet adds the configuration for a new Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) peer for the specified tenant to the Network Controller. If the BGP peer configuration already exists in the Network Controller for the tenant, this cmdlet overwrites and replaces the older configuration.
Examples
Example 1: Add a new virtual gateway BGP peer configuration to the Network Controller
PS C:\> $uri = "https://networkcontroller"
# Create a new object for tenant BGP peer
PS C:\> $bgpPeerProperties = New-Object Microsoft.Windows.NetworkController.VGwBgpPeerProperties
# Update the BGP peer properties
PS C:\> $bgpPeerProperties.PeerIpAddress = "14.1.10.1"
PS C:\> $bgpPeerProperties.AsNumber = 64521
PS C:\> $bgpPeerProperties.ExtAsNumber = "0.64521"
# Add the new BGP peer for tenant
PS C:\> New-NetworkControllerVirtualGatewayBgpPeer -ConnectionUri $uri -VirtualGatewayId Contoso -BgpRouterName "Contoso_Vnet_BgpRouter2" -ResourceId "Contoso_IPSec_Peer" -Properties $bgpPeerProperties -Force
This set of cmdlets adds a new BGP peer to the BGP router Contoso_Vnet_BgpRouter1 for the tenant Contoso.
