Este evento é gerado apenas quando uma nova linha é adicionada através da interface do usuário do Microsoft Office Excel.Não é gerado quando uma nova linha é adicionada por meio de programação.

Manipular esse evento para executar a validação adicional, ou cancelar a adição de uma linha.
