Relatórios personalizados podem ser executados no contexto de um nó selecionado do Pesquisador de Objetos se os relatórios personalizados fizerem referência aos parâmetros de relatório desse nó. Isso permite que um relatório personalizado use o contexto atual, por exemplo, o banco de dados atual ou um banco de dados ou objeto de servidor.

Para executar o exemplo, use o procedimento a seguir.
Para exibir os valores de parâmetro de relatório de um nó no Pesquisador de Objetos
Copie o código de exemplo a seguir em um novo arquivo de texto e nomeie o arquivo usando uma extensão .rdl.
Copie o arquivo de relatório para uma pasta que você criou no servidor de banco de dados para relatórios personalizados.
No Management Studio, clique com o botão direito do mouse em um nó no Pesquisador de Objetos, aponte para Relatóriose clique em Relatórios Personalizados. Na caixa de diálogo Abrir Arquivo, localize a pasta de relatórios personalizados e selecione o arquivo de relatório e clique em Abrir.
Quando um novo relatório customizado é aberto pela primeira vez a partir de um nó do Explorador de Objetos, o relatório customizado é adicionado à lista mais recentemente usada em Relatórios Personalizados no menu de atalho desse nó. Quando um relatório padrão for aberto pela primeira vez, ele também aparecerá na lista usada mais recentemente em de Relatórios Personalizados. Se um arquivo de relatório personalizado for excluído, na próxima vez que o item for selecionado, um prompt aparecerá para excluir o item da lista usada mais recentemente.
Para alterar o número de arquivos exibidos na lista usada recentemente, no menu Ferramentas, clique em Opções, expanda a pasta Ambiente e clique em Geral.
Ajuste o número para Exibir arquivos na lista usada recentemente.
