Iniciando um serviço
Para iniciar um serviço, um programa de controle de serviço abre um identificador para um banco de dados instalado e especifica o identificador em uma chamada para a função StartService . Depois de iniciar o serviço, o programa usa os membros da estrutura SERVICE_STATUS_PROCESS retornada pela função QueryServiceStatusEx para acompanhar o progresso do serviço.
A função DoStartSvc no exemplo a seguir mostra como iniciar um serviço. A variável szSvcName é uma variável global que contém o nome do serviço a ser iniciado. Para obter o exemplo completo que define essa variável, consulte SvcControl.cpp.
