Executes the IncreaseZoom routed command.

This method increases the current Zoom level by the value specified by the ZoomIncrement property.
Default FlowDocumentPageVieweruser interface (UI) includes a button to increase the zoom.
Calling this method has no effect if the CanIncreaseZoom property returns false.
