Libera a qualquer memória extra anteriormente distribuído pela seqüência de caracteres, mas não mais necessários.

Isso deve reduzir a sobrecarga de memória consumida pelo objeto de cadeia de caracteres.O método realoca o buffer para o comprimento exato retornado por GetLength.
