Объект TextDecoration представляет визуальную орнаментацию, которую можно добавить в текст. Существует четыре типа оформления текста: подчеркивание, нижняя линия, зачеркивание и надчеркивание. В следующем примере показаны расположения оформления текста относительно текста.

Чтобы добавить в текст оформление, создайте объект TextDecoration и измените его свойства. Используйте свойство Location, чтобы указать, где отображается оформление текста, например, подчеркивание. Используйте свойство Pen, чтобы указать внешний вид оформления текста, например, цвет сплошной заливки или градиента. Если значение свойства Pen не задано, по умолчанию для оформления используется тот же цвет, что и для текста. Определив объект TextDecoration, добавьте его в коллекцию TextDecorations требуемого текстового объекта.

В следующем примере показано оформление текста, стилизированное с помощью линейной градиентной кисти и пунктирного пера.

Объект Hyperlink является элементом размещения содержимого встроенного уровня, позволяющим размещать гиперссылки в содержимом нефиксированного формата. По умолчанию Hyperlink использует объект TextDecoration для отображения подчеркивания. Объекты TextDecoration могут требовать высокой производительности для создания экземпляров, особенно если у вас много объектов Hyperlink. Если вы широко используете элементы Hyperlink, рассмотрите возможность отображать подчеркивание только при возникновении события, такого как MouseEnter.

В следующем примере подчеркивание ссылки My MSN является динамическим — оно появляется только при активации события MouseEnter.
