Uninstall Commerce Server 2002 Service Packs

If any Commerce Server 2002 service packs have been applied, they must be uninstalled. This procedure describes the steps that you must follow to do this.
To uninstall Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1
Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
In Control Panel, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
In the Add or Remove Programs control panel application, select Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1, and then click Change/Remove.
On the Welcome to the Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1 Setup Wizard page, click Next.
On the Program Maintenance page, click Remove, and then click Next.
On the Remove the Program page, click Remove.
On the Completing the Microsoft Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1 Setup Wizard page, click Finish.
When you are prompted for installation files, insert your Commerce Server 2002 Installation CD, locate the requested file, and then click Open.
In the Commerce Server 2002 Service Pack 1 Setup dialog box, click OK, and then click No to restart the system.
Repeat steps 1 through 9 to uninstall any other service packs.
