The name of this method is truncated from allowNoDupInventFiscalLIFOJournalTransAdjGroupItemYearIdx. After updating the surrogate key InventFiscalLIFOGroup field with the value of the RecId field of the InventFiscalLIFOGroup table, the GroupItemYearIdx index is reset not to allow for duplicate records.
