How to: Use Online Map to Find Locations

You can get a map from your online map service that shows address and location of, such as a customer or vendor. Online Map can be accessed from the Navigate menu on the following cards in Microsoft Dynamics NAV:

  • Location Card

  • Customer Card

  • Vendor Card

  • Company Information

  • Resource Card

  • Job Card

  • Ship-to Address

  • Order Address

  • Bank Account Card

  • Contact Card

  • Employee Card

Note

If there is no code in the Country/Region Code field, the online map will not be able to find the location. For more information about how you can import a set of default records, see How to: Set Up Online Map.

To find a location in online map

  1. Open a Customer card.

  2. On the Navigate tab, in the Customer group, choose Online Map.

  3. Select This address and then choose the OK button.

  4. Online Map opens a map with the address location that you have defined.
