Remarks
This method reloads the metadata from the Target of the Label. It is called automatically when the Target property is set or changed. It is also called if the DataContext of the Target control changes from one type to another type.
When Refresh is called, the following properties are reset to the values in the metadata: Content, IsRequired, and IsValid. Because Refresh reloads values from metadata, property values that you have set in XAML or in code might change if the values in metadata differ from those you set.
