Use this connector to send push notifications to canvas Power Apps, model-driven Power Apps, Field Service, and Sales.

Prerequisites

Push notification recipients must have the Power Apps, Field Service (Dynamics 365), or Dynamics 365 Sales mobile app installed. To get notifications, recipients must:

  • Open the app at least once.
  • Sign in.
  • Accept the mobile OS setting to allow notifications.

Known issues and limitations

  • Push notifications to views are not supported for the Sales app.
