Parameters
pszOldURL
Type: String[in] Pointer to a string containing the URL of the old name of the service.
pszNewURL
Type: String[in] Pointer to a string containing the URL of the new name of the service.

If the method succeeds, it returns S_OK. If it fails, it returns an error code.
