The following phone information is included in returned ServiceState:

<ul> <li>Service state: IN_SERVICE, OUT_OF_SERVICE, EMERGENCY_ONLY, POWER_OFF <li>Duplex mode: UNKNOWN, FDD, TDD <li>Roaming indicator <li>Operator name, short name and numeric id <li>Network selection mode </ul>
