Remarks
The name of this method is truncated from allowNoDupTaxIntraCommCorrection_NLKeyIdx to allowNoDupTaxIntraCommCorrection_NLKeyId. After updating the TaxIntraCommTable_NL surrogate key field with the value of the RecId field of the TaxIntraCommTable_NL table, the KeyIdx index is reset not to allow for duplicate records.
