Use the Disable-DistributionGroup command to remove mail capabilities from a mail-enabled group.
Syntax
disable-DistributionGroup -Identity <DistributionGroupIdParameter> [-DomainController <Fqdn>]
Detailed Description
The Disable-DistributionGroup command removes mail attributes from a group. It does not delete the group.
To run the Disable-DistributionGroup cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Recipient Administrator role
