Contacts Search Unavailable for Remote Call Control Users

Issue   You cannot search for contacts in Microsoft Lync 2010 while using remote call control.

Resolution   Lync 2010 does not support search with remote call control. If you use remote call control, download your organization’s Global Address List (GAL), which you can use to search contacts.
