MaxSize Element for FileSpec (ADF)
Specifies the maximum size to which the data file can grow.

Remarks
The MaxSize value must either be the string UNLIMITED or a nonnegative integer indicating the maximum data file size, with an optional suffix to indicate the unit of measure: kilobyte (KB), megabyte (MB), gigabyte (GB), or terabyte (TB). If the suffix is not specified, the default unit of measure is megabytes (MB).
If you specify UNLIMITED or do not specify a value, the file can grow until the disk is full or until the file is 2 TB.

Example
The following example shows how to specify that the database file can grow to 5 GB.
