Class to store configuration for a managed identity enabled on a resource. For a system assigned managed identity use ManagedIdentityId.SystemAssigned. For user assigned managed identity use ManagedIdentityId.WithUserAssignedClientId("clientId") or ManagedIdentityId.WithUserAssignedResourceId("resourceId") or ManagedIdentityId.WithUserAssignedObjectId("objectid").
