G/L Register Report

Shows posted general ledger entries sorted and divided by each register. You can determine which registers' entries are shown by setting a filter. It is important to set a filter because otherwise the report may show a large amount of information.

You can define the report so that it functions as a part of the posting process. That is, you can print it when you post or you can print it later. To print the register when the journal is posted, choose Post and Print in the journal. You can use the report for documenting the posted entries or for auditing.
