Status Bars: Overview

A status bar is a control bar with one or more panes. Each pane can contain text or bitmaps. You can use the panes to display various kinds of status information, such as command descriptions, time of day, page numbers, or the status of a key or option.

Create a status bar in your program by selecting the Initial Status Bar option in AppWizard.
