IDownloadProgress::TotalBytesToDownload property
Gets a string that represents the estimate of the total amount of data that will be downloaded, in bytes.
This property is read-only.

Property value
A number that approximates the total number of bytes to download.
Error codes
Returns S_OK if successful. Otherwise, returns a COM or Windows error code.
