DRM_ND_Init (Windows CE 5.0)
This function initializes DRM on the device. Its called by the Media Query Engine initialization code.

The following table shows a list of possible error values.

|---|---|
| ERROR_SUCCESS | No errors |
| ERROR_BAD_ENVIRONMENT | The error happens when DRM failed to create the semaphore or thread required by proximity responder initialization. |
