Configuring Display Settings on a Deployed Run-Time Image

You can add support to your run-time image that allows users to change the default display settings.

To enable changing the display settings on a deployed run-time image

  1. To adjust the display settings while the device is running, add the Display Control Panel component.

  2. After you add the Display Control Panel component, build your configuration and deploy the run-time image.

  3. After the First Boot Agent phase, boot the device.

  4. In the Explorer shell, right-click the desktop and choose Properties. The Display Properties window appears.

  5. Under the Settings tab, change the display settings to the desired values.
