Disabling System Restore

You should not use System Restore with Enhanced Write Filter because it can decrease the performance of EWF and consume additional space in the EWF overlay.
To disable system restore
Exclude the following components from your configuration. You can disable these components by right-clicking them in the configuration pane and choosing Disable.
- System Restore Core
- System Restore User Interface
Exclude the following components from your configuration. You can disable these components by right-clicking them in the configuration pane and choosing Disable.
