Virtual COM Port Creation Sample

The comtest sample test application illustrates the use of the Windows CE–based Bluetooth stack Virtual COM Port interface.

The compiled sample generates a Comtest.exe application that can be started as a server or client. When started as server, it creates a server COM port and waits for connections. When started as client, it creates a client COM port and initiates connection. Once a connection is established, the server sends stream packets to the client. The client checks the data stream for integrity and reports errors and desynchronizations.

To view supported command line options use COMTEST /?.
