The following table shows the compiler programs provided in Windows CE .NET.

| CLARM.exe | A 32-bit C/C++ compiler used to compile and link 32-bit ARMC and C++ programs. |
| CLTHUMB.exe | A 32-bit C/C++ compiler used to compile and link 32-bit THUMB C and C++ programs. Thumb is an extension to the ARM instruction set consisting of 16-bit instructions. |
| CLSH.exe | A 32-bit C/C++ compiler used to compile and link 32-bit Hitachi SH-3, SH-3 DSP, and SH-4 C and C++ programs. |
| CLMIPS.exe | A C/C++ compiler used to compile and link MIPS16, MIPS32, MIPS64 C and C++ programs. |
| CL386.exe | A C/C++ complier used to compile and link x86 C and C++ programs. |
