CanSeek

This property indicates whether the current file has the ability to seek to a specific time.

Compatibility: Windows Media Player

Parameters

  • bSeek
    Boolean value specifying whether the file can seek to a specific time. If true, the file can seek to a specific time. This property is read-only with no default value.

Remarks

Seeking is accomplished by sliding the position indicator on the Windows Media Player control trackbar or by setting either the CurrentMarker or CurrentPosition property.

If a media file has not been selected for the Player, by setting the FileName property or calling the Open method, the value of this property will be false.

Requirements

OS Versions: Windows CE 3.0 and later.
