TranRecv

This function is called when data needs to be received.

BOOL TranRecv(
  TRANSPORTID id,
  LPVOID pBuffer,
  USHORT* pcbBuffer,
  DWORD dwTimeout
);

Parameters

  • id
    [in] Valid TRANSPORTID returned from TranCreate.
  • pBuffer
    [out] Pointer to a buffer that stores the data retrieved from the transport.
  • pcbBuffer
    [out] Pointer to a buffer that contains the size pBuffer. On return, this is filled with the actual amount of data copied to pBuffer.
  • dwTimeout
    [in] Specifies the amount of time, in milliseconds, before the operation should abort/fail.

Return Values

If the receive is successful, TRUE is returned; otherwise, FALSE is returned.

Remarks

This function is called when the user wants to receive data from the device.
