Core OS Services

Core operating system (OS) services contain information on the Windows CE kernel and other features common to all Windows CE platforms. The core OS services enable low-level tasks such as process, thread, memory management, and provide some file system functionality. For information about the core OS APIs, see Core OS Interface.
