    There two answers to that question. The first is that a week ago, our site was under a total lockdown as we finished work on it and if you'd tried visiting it, it probably would have offered up a very nice ASP.NET 2.0 server error. ;-) The second, and more serious answer, is that our site had a handful of people who have no experience at all with developer tools for usability testing. By dint of having experience with a dev tool, you probably wouldn't have been invited.
