在 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 組織中，Microsoft Office Outlook Web App 是由 Client Access Server 所提供。如果有多個 Active Directory 站台具有可以從網際網路存取的 Client Access Server，則您可以使用重新導向，將使用者轉至能夠給與他們最佳 Outlook Web App 體驗的 Client Access Server。如果有多個 Client Access Server 位於組織的不同 Active Directory 站台，但只有一個公開至網際網路，則您可以使用 Client Access Server 到 Client Access Server 的 Proxy，將使用者導向至能夠給與他們最佳 Outlook Web App 體驗的 Client Access Server。
