若要啟用 Microsoft Office Outlook Web App 和 Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 整合，必須完成下列步驟。

注意事項附註：
在本主題中所有提及的 Communications Server 2007 指的都是 Communications Server 2007 R2。

必要條件

您必須具備下列條件：

  • 已在您的組織中部署 Microsoft Exchange Server 2010。

  • 運作中的 Communications Server 2007 R2 環境。

  • 受 Communications Server 2007 伺服器和 Client Access Server 信任並由相同授權單位發行的憑證。

  • 在主旨行中使用 Client Access Server 命名空間作為主旨的憑證。此命名空間可能是特定 Client Access Server 的名稱，或是用於多部 Client Access Server 之負載平衡的 DNS 名稱。

  • Client Access Server 命名空間必須包含在 Communications Server 2007 信任的主機清單中。

  • Communications Server 2007 伺服器或 Communications Server 2007 集區的完整網域名稱 (FQDN)。

  • 讓使用者能透過 Communications Server 2007 使用者管理工具來使用 Communications Server 2007。

下載並安裝 Web 服務提供者

您必須已獲指派權限，才能執行此程序。若要查看您需要的權限，請參閱用戶端存取權限主題中的「Outlook Web App 虛擬目錄」項目。

  1. 在執行 Windows Server 2008 或更新版本的 Client Access Server 上，從 Unified Communications Managed API 2.0 Core Runtime (64 位元) 下載並安裝UCMA 2.0。

    注意事項附註：
    UCMA 必須是 6907.210 版或更新的版本。如果您已安裝舊版的 UCMA，您應該先將它解除安裝後，再安裝更新的版本。

  2. 在 Client Access Server 上，從下列位置下載並解壓縮 CWAOWASSPMain.msi 檔案：Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Web 服務提供者 (英文)。

    1. 下列檔案會解壓縮到 Web Service Provider 安裝程式套件的位置：

      CWAOWAASSP.msi

      Donnetfx35setup.exe

      UcamRedist.msi

      Vcredist_x64.exe

  3. 連按兩下 CWAOWASSP.msi，以安裝 Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Web Service Provider。

  4. 從 OCS 2007 R2 Web Service Provider Hotfix (英文) 6907.202 版下載及安裝 Hotfix。

使用下列檢查清單可確認安裝成功：

  • 在登錄中的 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchange OWA\ 下尋找 InstantMessaging 機碼。在 [InstantMessaging] 下應該已建立名稱為 [ImplementationDLLPath] 且值為「<您的 Exchange 安裝路徑>\ClientAccess\owa\bin\Microsoft.Rtc.UCWeb.dll」的字串。

  • Microsoft.Rtc.UCWeb.dll 檔應該存在於 <安裝磁碟機>\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V14\ClientAccess\Owa\Bin 目錄中。

  • SIPEPS.dll 和 Microsoft.Rtc.Collaboration.dll 檔案應該存在於 Microsoft .NET Framework 全域組件快取中。

取得憑證資訊

用戶端存取伺服器必須設定為使用受 Communications Server 2007 所信任的憑證。

注意事項附註：
Client Access Server 和 Communications Server 2007 伺服器上的憑證必須來自相同的發行者。

如果您所有的用戶端存取伺服器都在相同命名空間中，可以將單一憑證用於所有這些伺服器。

當憑證已正確放在用戶端存取伺服器上後，可以使用 Exchange 管理命令介面，在用戶端存取伺服器上執行下列命令，以取得憑證資訊：

get-ExchangeCertificate | fl

找到您要使用的憑證，然後記錄 thumbprint。

當您設定 Communications Server 2007 主機授權清單時，會將憑證主旨新增為授權主機的名稱。

選取 Communications Server 2007 集區

使用命令介面設定 Client Access Server 使用的 Communications Server 2007 伺服器並啟用整合

Get-OwaVirtualDirectory | Set-OwaVirtualDirectory -InstantMessagingServerName <name of Instant Messaging server or pool to connect to> -InstantMessagingCertificateThumbprint <certificate thumbprint> -InstantMessagingEnabled true -InstantMessagingType 1
注意事項附註：
您可能必須重新啟動網際網路資訊服務 (IIS)。作法是開啟 [命令提示字元] 視窗，並使用 iisreset/noforce 命令。
