使用 IRow::Open 和 ISequentialStream 提取 BLOB 資料
IRow::Open 僅支援開啟 DBGUID_STREAM 和 DBGUID_NULL 類型的物件。
下列函數會使用 IRow::Open 和 ISequentialStream 來提取大型資料。

大型資料可以使用 ISequentialStream 介面來繫結或擷取。對於繫結的資料行,狀態旗標會藉由設定 DBSTATUS_S_TRUNCATED 指出資料是否遭到截斷。
