OID_DOT11_CURRENT_TX_POWER_LEVEL (Windows CE 5.0)
The TxPowerLevel N currently being used to transmit data. Some PHYs also use this value to determine the receiver sensitivity requirements for CCA.
LEVEL 1 is the default power level.
