Microsoft 使用者介面自動化 用戶端應用程式會使用此介面來存取 使用者介面自動化 元素的停駐屬性，這些元素可在停駐容器內做為控件。 停駐容器是一個控件，允許水準和垂直排列子元素，相對於停駐容器和容器內的其他元素界限。 控件會根據控件目前的 Z 順序，彼此相對停駐;其迭置順序愈高，則從停駐容器的指定邊緣放置越遠。
